Our Portfolio

CPFL Renováveis is a leader in renewable energy generation in Brazil, exploring opportunities in the Brazilian electricity generation market from alternative sources, through the development, acquisition, construction and operation of a portfolio of small hydroelectric power plants (PCHs), wind farms, thermoelectric plants powered by biomass (UTE) and photovoltaic solar plants. Currently, our project portfolio consists of 94 plants in operation, totaling more than 2.1 GW of installed capacity. CPFL Renováveis' current portfolio is capable of supplying more than 9 million inhabitants, wich is more than the entire population of New York city.

The company has a team made up of more than 400 collaborators, with large experience in the optimization of engineering projects and the conduction of environmental license processes, as well as in the contracting and management of agreements of suppliers and service providers for the introduction of energy generation projects. We believe we are in a privileged position to take advantage of the growth opportunities in the Brazilian energy sector, since we are a capitalized company, with high-quality shareholders and acknowledged investment history. CPFL Renováveis follows an expansion strategy based on acquisitions and development of projects in different phases, using a technical and financial assessment discipline that aims to maximize the creation of value to its shareholders.
